The trip started with an interesting series of events. Go figure. It wouldn’t be a Pride trip without snafu! The bus planned on picking up the Cincinnati crew around noon and then picking up the Indianapolis crew around 2. Well, the bus left Cincinnati late because Brian locked his keys in his car. I still love you Bri! So, while that was happening in Cinci, we were having our own drama in Indy.

WGI Regional Las Vegas, Nevada

Somewhere along the way, an extended regional weekend in Las Vegas turned into over a week of vacation for me! It started with our second rehearsal weekend in Middletown, after which I went home to Indianapolis for a few days since this past week was my spring break from school.  (Editor’s note to the University of Michigan:  The end of February is clearly NOT springtime, since I am now back at school and it is still 15 degrees and snowing.)

One word: Fridged
Friday night started with a cold walk into the Sports Complex where Bart and Andy awaited with delicious trail mix, or so I think that's what Andy was eating. I mean, it looked like gerbal food. Just kidding. Not to our surprise, we entered an icebox known as the tennis courts. Unfortunately, "Saweetie" wasn't going to be there, so we Etnad ourselves through warm up and chuckled our way across the floor. HAH! Then, ladies and gentlemen Michael Gaines was in the house! (A roaring applause from the audience)
